How do I get the white round circle on screen called gestures

I have the Iphone 4. There is a white circle on screen. When I tap on it, Gestures,favoties, device home pop up. How can I get it off my screen completely?

On your device go to Settings>General>Accessibility and then set "Assistive Touch" to off.

i had the alternative problem

but then i turn rhe assistive touch ON

the white circle appears again 🙂)
