Constantly getting error 3150

Can't download anything from iTunes store. Rest of the internet works fine. What's going on, Apple? Every 30th try or so works... if I pound on the refresh button eventually stuff comes down but very frustrating. Anyone else having trouble?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

I just had this problem as well. I have Comcast Cable internet and am on the East Coast where there are still some internet issues from the storm that came through. My solution was to change my DNS server to Google's which is 8.8.8.8

To access this go to your System Preferences> Network > Click on your active connection (ethernet or wifi)

Next click "Advanced" and select the DNS tab. On the side that has DNS Servers click the plus sign and add 8.8.8.8

That did the trick for me. Hope it helps!
