Q: Why did my numbers document split into 9 parts when I tried to print?

Using Numbers, with Lion, on I-Mac, I tried to print one sheet, and the screen split the image into 9 parts, and I had to delete 8 of them, to print one.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

    Richard,

I'm guessing that you are using Numbers as if it were Excel, and you have manu empty cells, spread out over nine pages. Delete the extra Rows and Columns before you Print. Also, go to View > Print View and see how many pages it will take to print your work before you actually do it. At this point you may want to change the page orientation or the scale of the table you are printing to get the composition organized.

    Regards,
