Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried searching: Some of the Music videos on iTunes do not appear on Apple TV, it shows the title but just plays the music, no video. Is there a fix?

Do they play ok in iTunes?

If you encoded them yourself from somewhere eg TV recording, and added to iTunes then you probably have the wrong codec for the conversion.

Do they play OK in iTunes.

Try repopulating iTunes with the problematic files.
