How to import Contacts from Gmail into New iPad

Hi!

I use an iPad 2 and my colleague uses a New iPad.

Both of us are not being able to import of Contacts from Gmail into our respective iPads.

Please advise how to do it.

You need to create your Gmail account as an Exchange account with the iPad's Mail app which provides over the air syncing for contacts.

I don't have a gmail account, but according to this page if you set up the account as an Exchange account (not as gmail) then you should be able to sync your contacts from it
