How do I move some of my photos from my iPhone4 iOS5 to a folder on my pc (Vista home premium), w/o purchasing an app? Or is that the only way? I swear, I thought I done it in the past, but for the life of me, I cannot remember! I gotta do it, I have over 1200 photos, takes me for ever to find what I want!

All photos taken with iphone should be imported to your computer regularly as with any digital camera.
