Are there any free Flash browsers?

Hi,

I have the iPhone 4 with Verizon Wireless. I am currently using Safari as my browser. I understand that no products of Apple supports Flash Player. So, would there be any free alternatives to view websites directly on my phone where those websites does require Flash in order to see the site? I know two sites off hand blocks it out because I'm not using Flash. For example, I have a PC, and I use Flash, but on my iPhone I receive the Flash message. Would there be any free browsers from the App Store that already supports Flash? Are we allowed to discuss these options here?
