Problem with migrating email to iCloud

It's July 1. I had assumed my @me.com and @mac.com mail accounts would migrate to iCloud today as I have already set up an iCloud account. No mail has migrated from Mail or from my BT Yahoo account to iCloud. I'm confused. Please advise how I can migrate my existing email messages to iCloud.
