Dell USB Mouse not working on my Macbook Pro..

Hello!

So I've bought this Dell mouse the other day and my Macbook Pro seems to recognize it and everything, however it's not working, I've tried resetting the PRAM, VRAM, restarting the computer and none of these worked. I can't seem to move my cursor with the mouse, Is there some kind of software that would allow me to use "PC" mice?

Mouse : Dell 3D Optical Mouse.
