Itunes work but no Mass Storage Devices

I had all kind of problems with iTunes 10.2 and now have 10.3 installed and works fine. I just discovered that my "Mass Storage" device is no longer in Device Manager. My Card Reader included drives G,H & I all of which no longer appear in "My Computer" I really do not wish to update iTunes or iPhone as I have old 3G and I stopped all updates. I would like to get mass storage devices back so I can read SD Card from Camera. iTunes 10.3.1 and ios at 4.2.1 on older 3G. I do have a USB connection which still works as drive J.

Thanks for help but, drives do not show in diskmgmt.msc any longer. Vista had correct drivers for Cards on reader it is combo with older floppy disk drive they were all found when Windows installed. They were there and worked fine until problem with iTunes 10.2 update. I got iTunes to work just fine a while back but now card reader drives (G&H) are gone. I just do not want to mess up iTunes working with iPhone by messing again with these drives. I am afraid if not done right everything will need another update (futile with an old 3G that works fine) and I cannot once again use iTunes with iPhone. I have lost use of iTunes way too many times for too long starting just months after I got phone due to iTunes updates. Apple is no longer supporting the 3G and an Updates to IOS and or iTunes could turn iPhoe into a brick or lose backup and all iPod features at minimum. I want to get images off SD card before I fill it up. I know it says to unplug all US items and reinstall just not sure how well it will work and I do have quite a few USB ports to clear. Sorry, if no one feels this is iTunes/iPhone issue.
