Again I'm new with Mac stuff (converting to Mac đ), I'm planning to buy MS Office 2011 for Mac and I wonder if I saved an excel/word verson of Mac, then saved the flash stick drive, can I be able to open this file in Excel for Windows?

Of course
Just make sure the Office installer installs all the standard Office fonts, to ensure there are no document formatting issues due to missing fonts. Then run the Font Book app and validate all fonts to make sure there are no issues.
