Trying to make or find a smaller imovie file

In imovie, I have clicked "share" then clicked "media browser" and clicked all the options. But I can now only find the large file. I need the smaller ones to send in email. I have tried searching for them, cant find them, and it wont let me make them again. Any one can help me?
