Q: ITunes Help Please!

(I just made a copy of my itunes folder on my external HD, did not move the original folder. - but it seems to be acting like I moved it)

Jul 1, 2012 9:16 PMby Limnos,You will see from the links below that itunes is very particular about the structure of your files and folders. Simply copying the itunes folder to an external drive will not in any way affect the continued functioning of the library on the internal drive. It really sounds to me like you either moved, or renamed items on your internal drive in the process of copying it. That will cause broken links.
