You don't. iCloud does not offer web hosting.
You've had 13 months to find an alternative web host. MobileMe is now closed.

13 months until what? Do I still own my domain name to my website?
If you have your own domain name you have pointed it to your MobileMe site, either by using forwarding or setting the CNAME to web.me.com, and whichever it is you need to undo that.
Obviously the 'real' URL of your website - web.me.com/username (or possibly homepage.mac.com/username) is no longer available as MobileMe is now closed (as was announced in June 2011).
