Which are the best all-in-one printers to use with a Mac?

I have a HP officejet printer that I have been trying to use with my Mac Pro. It works, then it doesnt, then I have to re-install and upgrade drivers, then works for a while, then not again. I didnt have any problems using the printer with Windows based laptops.

What are the best and most Mac compatible printers out there? Any info or tips?
