Q: On my Ipad 3, I always have to toggle cellular data off and then on again to get LTE service.  ATT is my carrier.  Any ideas to fix this.

On my Ipad 3, I always have to toggle cellular data off and then on again to get LTE service.  ATT is my carrier.  Any ideas to fix this?  Before I toggle, no LTE, but after I toggle, it says 4G on the upper left.
