Policy is "All sales are final", but you can click on "Report a Problemd" in your purchases list next to the app name and ask for a refund.
There are no refunds.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception.
Click Support at the top of this page, then click under Contact Apple Support
"All sales are final" is terrible!!! What about app's that absolutely do not work as described? Surely Apple doesn't want to support this robbery. When I try to contact apple support, it says "not available at this time." Perhaps I can cancel through my credit card. Has anyone ever tried that?
Hatcherca,
YOU agreed to the "all sales are final" policy when YOU accepted the TERMS OF USE of the iTunes store. If you think an app is not performing as advertised, contact the developer and work out a refund with them.
