why did my iPad quit working yesterday? was it the me.com account ?

My ipad SN: V5047PTGA90 quit going online as of yesterday! I thought I had moved everything to icloud but nothing works as of yesterday.

iPad, iOS 5.1.1

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

ok, the apple logo is on the screen...now what?

The Apple logo should disappear after after a minute or two and you should see the Home screen.

If the Apple logo doesn't go away, you may have to force the iPad into Recovery Mode
