New Apple iPad (3rd Generation) Verizon 4G LTE model

I'm a newly graduted doctor & living now in Moscow, Russia.

I'm using my New Apple iPad (3rd Generation) AT&T 4G LTE model in local Russian GSM-Cellular 3G network Beeline/Megafon/MTS without any problem.

my New Apple iPad (3rd Generation) AT&T 4G LTE model working 100% perfectly here in Moscow, Russia with any of local Russian GSM-Cellular 3G network Beeline/Megafon/MTS.

since Verizon is basically CDMA Network. Though the New Apple iPad (3rd Generation) Verizon 4G LTE model providing GSM-Cellular 3G network services.

Whether the New Apple iPad (3rd Generation) Verizon 4G LTE model will work in Moscow, Russian or any other worldwide GSM-Cellular 3G network other than Verizon in USA..???
