Help!
I have a 4th generation iPod nano, and my computer is telling me it doesn't recognize the USB, and the iPod screen is frozen on the "Synchronizing" screen

Try a hard reset of the Nano with it still connected to your PC. To do this, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
