If you synchronized it with your computer then plug it in and when it says unlock your phone press the button then it will reset and update your phone if you didnt take it to apple or an authorized retailer to have it unlocked

Some iphones are locked to a company have it unlocked then put the other card in if its from the same company then its probably not inserted cor
