I set a new password and forgot it how do I get back into my phone

I have an iphone 7s I took my contract sim card out and replaced it with a prepaid sim card now the phone won't work what can I do I signed out of the cloud and all that

If you synchronized it with your computer then plug it in and when it says unlock your phone press the button then it will reset and update your phone if you didnt take it to apple or an authorized retailer to have it unlocked

There is a limit to the number of accounts that can be created on a device - you will either have to use one of the accounts that's already been created on it, or use a different device to create another one.
