If you synchronized it with your computer then plug it in and when it says unlock your phone press the button then it will reset and update your phone if you didnt take it to apple or an authorized retailer to have it unlocked

There is a limit to the number of accounts that can be created on a device - you will either have to use one of the accounts that's already been created on it, or use a different device to create another one.
