my ipod shuffle will not sync
My ipod shuffle will not sync or connect, continually displays error messages. I have installed and ran the Ipod Reset Utility but the problem does not fix?
iPod shuffle (2nd generation, Late 2007), Windows XP
What are the error messages you are recieving and are they from iTunes or the Windows XP OS? Did your iPod Shuffle ever work correctly on this PC before or is this the first time you are connecting it?
I assume you have all the latest Windows updates and patches installed and applied to your PC?
