Can't setup Time Capsule using Windows 7 to extend my Actiontec Fios network getting error 6753. HELP

Make sure you are not really trying to "extend" the Actiontec's wireless network. The Time Capsule can only "wirelessly extend" a network created by another Apple AirPort base station.
That is a surprise since I did not see that noted anywhere?
How do I setup an Apple network then? Or is it necessary to have an Airport base for the Time Capsule to extend...not just an Apple network?
If I need an Airport base then the extending PR on the Time Capsule is really fail advertisement.
I got it added to my network once but since attempting the extension can't even see that this is working now.
Do I need to uninstall the Utility and factory reset Time Capsule to start all over to get the back the Time Capsule storage?
You have several choices. You can connect the Time Capsule to your existing router with an Ethernet cable and have it create its own network which will then be bridged to your existing network, or you can have the Time Capsule join your existing network in client mode, or you can have it create its own network and not be connected to your existing one at all. Any of these will give you the option to use Time Machine.

I just checked my Time Capsule manual and there are is no definition section there telling me anything. So nothing to make me aware that this was a requirement anywhere on the Time Capsule pages or manuals. BTW, I don't have an Airport I have a Time Capsule.
My Time Capsule would not build a new network of its own since it gives me the 6753 error everytime and it corrupted the disk access when i do this. The only thing it will do is join..and that after uninstalling Airport Utility and a factory reset of the TC.
I did the other thing with the new IP without success.
I connected using the wire without success.
Time Capsule will not build a new network for me going either manually or the Ulitity and it corrupts the Utility such that it will not revert to a joined only network.
I encountered the same issues however it's all fixed and working fine. I was trying to connect my TC to my existing Router and create a separate Network. Here is what I did to make that work.
1. Factory reset the TC
2. Connected an eathernet cable from the existing Router to the WAN potr of the TC (the one closer to the power-code)
3. Ran Airport Utility from Macbook Pro
4. The TC will appear as a New device.
5. Setup and say you would like to create a new Network
6. Go through the steps and viola you will see the green light.
I now have two Wireless Networks (one from the Original D-Link connected to the Modem and the Other from the TC connecting to the D-Link) Both works well.
Can you see the TC on both networks? I just want the TC so cabling to the Actiontek is the simplest
