Internet explorer 9 free downlad

I want to download IE 9 for my iPad 3 too. But I can not find where to do that. It seems only for Mac computer and iPhone.

Ummm... IE is only available for Windows. Not your Mac. Not your iPhone and not your iPad.

From within Windows go to the microsoft site and download IE9. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/products/ie/home/
