mac pro 17" and cinema screen resolution problem

I have a mac pro 17" Mac OS X (10.7.4) and a 30" cinema screen. The resultion is set to 1920x1200 which is pixelated because it's the highest res that can be selected. How can I change this?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
