I have an idea for a great app... Where do I start?

I have no experience with programming or designing but I have a fabulous idea for a great app that is not in the store. Where do I even look to begin to process? Any advice would be great! Thanks 🙂

Pay the USD$99 fee for the iOS Developer Program and use the resources in the iOS Dev Center.
