iCloud outage July 3?

www.icloud.com is spinning, spinning, spinning and I can't connect to the email server using my email software. I see no outage listed here http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/systemstatus/ , but I'm experiencing a total outage. Anyone else? Or anything I can do on my end? Btw I'm in CA.
