how do i put photos in my 30 gig ipod i tried all the things it says in the tutorial but it still doesn work

You:
1) made sure you have the iPod updating the folders with the photos, and

2) Tried manually opening the iPod and dragging the photos into the "photo" folder?

Do you know how to delete personal photos from your ipod and prevent then frkom dowloading them on your ipod? As I don't want to use my ipod for that purpose

Looking through your previous posts, it appears someone had replied with the correct answer in your own thread.

Connect your iPod to the computer and in iTunes, when it appears, go to edit-->preferences. Click the iPod tab, then the photos tab under that. Deselect "Syncronize photos from..."

Click OK.
