An iPhone 4, without input, screen expands to usable size, requiring it to be shut down, restarted. Do I need to restore?
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of those steps in order.
Zoom feature in Settings is ON, turn it OFF. Double tap with 3 fingers to momentarily disable. Settings App>General>Accessibility>Zoom>OFF.
I've now done a reset, PITA, but am hopeful this will resolve the issue. Thanks. I should've thought of this in the first place.
My issue didn't lay here. I didn't have Zoom turned on. The screen expansion was much larger than this feature produces. But, thanks anyway.
