Parental Control for Youtube Videos in iPad and iPhone

Hi all,

Does anybody know how to create parental control on youtube videos in iPad and iPhone? Youtube allows one to turn on safety mode on in individual browsers which enables filter of objectionable material through the computer, but I would like to apply this filter on the iPad and the iPhone, since my kids tend to browse youtube a lot from the iPads and the iPhones. Any help in appreciated. Thanks.
