Q: i cannot download a magazine from Zinio that i have paid for. can u help me

I have purchased a Magazine from Zinio. It has been charged to my Visa Card.

But did not download. This is the latest NZ House & Gardens. I have downloaded

Magazines before and been successful.Please can you help me.
