What do you mean by "I found them in my camera app"? The camera app takes photos and videos; it can't contain other apps.

If you are looking in the Photos app, you are probably seeing a screenshot of your apps (which is a photo), not your actual apps. If you have been syncing your phone with iTunes, you apps should be in your iTunes library and syncing again should transfer them back to your phone. Try syncing your phone.

Re-download them for free as past purchases, either to iTunes and then sync them to your phone, or directly to the phone. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.
