Yes. You can use the same Apple ID and password for iTunes store purchases and iCloud.

How come I can buy songs at itunes with my Apple ID and password but I can't get in to iCloud with the same itunes Apple ID and password? I have been asked many times to change my password and then at the end it will say that is not for icloud account. How do I make an icloud account?
