Why did youtube stop working on my macbook?

Why did youtube stop working on my macbook? I have both opera and safari but neither of them work with youtube. However, youtube.com itself works but when I click on the video it goes to http://10.77.25.38:8190/AocHint.jsp?OptType= bla-bla-bla and it doesn't even load anything. I've tried to clear the cache, reset the safari to defaults but nothing did help. So I have no choice but to ask your help.
