My iphone 4s wont activate after a hard reset?

ok so today my phone was working fine until on itunes i accidently deleted everything on my phone (well almost)

soo i reset my phone again to get my stuff back from itunes or icloud ..neither of them work

even though my phone has been backed up before..so now again i resetted my phone and

i got past the wifi part ..so then it told me to wait 3 mins to activate..heres the problem

after it was done loading it said "could not activate iphone" try again ..i tried it numerus time but

NOTHING? can anybody help me and im with sprint
