App Temporarily Unavailable

Very unhappy customer here regarding this issue and Apple's lack of attention to it. This has effected more than the app in the post above, and it been over a full 24 hours since Apple introduced the issue. Issues such as these makes a customer wonder if Apple is even cognizant of what is going on with this. At least some mention of it on a communiation channel would at least alay the feeling that Apple is oblivious.

I don't think its a server issues. I have a feeling that there is something flagged or wroung on my Apple ID. I tired to contact Apple about it but the only option they gave me was email so now I just have to wait 24 hours to get a reply.

Also unhappy about Apple's slow response time to the issue at hand. I do understand that such a large company such as apple requires a lot of care in maintaining things, but this has not been the best. I do understand that the 24 hours was on a holiday (though then I wonder why they approved it during that day and just left everything unfinished), but some feedback from apple would be nice

I am very unhappy, as I am still ready to spend money on this app, thus giving apple money, and this is stopping me from doing so.

Please respond Apple. We can make it through this, but you have to be open to us.

It certainly doesn't seem to be a server issue since it's not tied to geography. My friend lives 5 minutes away and downloaded it fine last night. Lot's of other people are experiencing the same thing. I've tried a different Apple ID to no avail. I've tried multiple devices, including my MacBook Pro, iPad 2, iPod Touch (3rd Gen) and iPhone 4. I've tried it over 3G and connected to 3 different WiFi networks. This is the very first time I've anticipated a day one release of an app and I feel like Apple has botched this one. I'm very disappointed. I don't even care though - just let me get the app!

Honestly, it's been more than 24 hours now that the app has been "unavailable."

This is out of hand and something needs to be done.

I further can't understand why Summoner Wars was submitted for approval two weeks ago before anyone at Apple even looked at it. The demand for the app is clearly quite high. Why on earth did it take until right before a holiday with its potential pitfalls to even get to it?

Yeah, this is pretty ridiculous. Not one mention from Apple about what might be the issue, or if it is even being looked into.

It's one thing to have upset customers, but another to ignore them entirely for now more than 24 hours.

I've been getting the same error for 24 hours now.

I can understand the wait yesterday, being as it was a holiday. But it really should have been corrected first thing this morning. Apple operates in PST, so it's not quite 10am there yet, so before I complain too much, I'll give them until Noon their time.

Same issue. Apple, there is a large group of gamers getting more and more ticked at you, myself included.

Could it be an icloud issue? Is everyone here using iCloud?

I do not know if the issues are connected, but some users who managed to buy the app are now experiencing problems with the game's in-app purchases.

Well over 24 hours and still unable to download this app while others can without issue. Apple needs to address this problem ASAP!
