What Are the Differences Between Office 2011 for Mac and Office 2010 for Windows

Hello and Thank You for Your Time,

 

 

Can anyone tell me what the differences are between Office 2011 for Mac and Office 2010 for Windows 7 ?

 

Just cannot see to find a definitive answer

 

Are the versions compatible ?

 

What about with saving a file to a portable hard drive on Mac and connecting it to the Windows PC ?

Format problems with NTFS -vs- Mac OS X ?

 

Basically, can I move one file to another via flash drive ?
