What should I do if I'm trying to make an in-app purchase and it tells me to contact apple-support

I did contact iTunes support and they are yet to get back to me for two weeks...

Have you finally been able to get any help from iTunes support?

I am having the same problem that you had, and I can see how many people have already asked this question in this community, but I can't find anyone confirming they got this issue cleared.
