Checking which are authorized computers with ITunes

How do I remove the old computers on the authorized list without the old computer?

Is there a place I can list of the computers I have authorized so I can remove them?

My MacBookPro went into sevice a few days ago and I got it back yesterday and noticed that i asked for authorization for iTunes & now I have 4 computer when I should have 2. I both computers I have have been serviced by Apple & logic board replaced so I assume the reason for the 4 computers that have been authorized.

About deauthorizing specific computers - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3809988 - Only, if you have physical access to the computer, otherwise you have to deauthorize all computers. De-authorize all computers button does not appear until you actually have 5 authorized and you can only do this once a year.

iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627 - "Your Apple ID can have up to 10 devices and computers (combined) associated with it.
