iSpeak it

Ok, so I ran into this app called iSpeak it that sells for $1.99, that I'm very interested in and that is for iPhones and iPads, but I would like the version that is for Mac desktops, which sells for $4.99. My question is, does the desktop app have all the other languages that the app for the iPhone and iPad has? I see that the app version for desktops says only language is English on the description. It wouldn't make sense that the app for iPhone and iPad has other languages and that the iSpeak it app wouldn't have it for the desktop. TIA for any insight.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Launch the App Store on your Mac. You can do this from your Apple menu icon top left corner of your screen. Click Apple > App Store

Type iSpeak in the search field top right corner of that window.

I don't see the same app that's available for iOS based devices unfortunately.

Just because a developer writes an app for iOS devices, doesn't necessarily mean that they write the same app for the Mac OS X.

How do you think I came to find out about the OSX app if it wasn't by launching and going to the iTunes store and seeing it there? Believe me the iSpeak it app for OSX desktop is there. Otherwise, I wouldn't have posted asking about it. Just because you didn't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Go to the App Store and locate the app the click iSpeak Translator Support on the right for help with the app.

Sorry, I misunderstood I guess. I just found the correct iSpeak app you are referring to at the Mac App Store

BTW, you posted in the Safari forum for the Mac OS X.

Next time you have a question regarding an app downloaded from the Mac App Store or iTunes Store, please post in the appropriate community.

Yes, perhaps if I had posted in the correct community I'd be able to find someone who is knowledgeable enough to answer my question. Please, If someone else knows, you can inform me. Thank you.

This community is for the most part, troubleshooting the App Store. If you have questions regading an app, you need to contact the app developer which is what I suggested previously.

I obviously posted in the wrong community, but be that as it may, whatever community one posts on, there can be some very knowledgeable people who know their stuff and can help. And the link you posted above isn't working! Thanx.

Hmmmmm . . . "This community is for troubleshooting the App Store?" Interesting . . . I'm afraid I'm gonna have to go somewhere and figure that one out.
