Q: Can I purchase music available in iTunes UK with an iTunes US account?

Can I purchase music available only in iTunes UK with an iTunes US account?

One of my favorite artists has an album available only on iTunes Europe, and I would like to purchase it.

However, it appears that I am unable to do so with and iTunes US account.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Unfortunately, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store where you live.
