Q: how to I delete the photo library on my iphone?

how do i delete the photos on my phone in the phone library? it has dupilicated itself now I have over 1000 pic and no storage

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1

    Before you start deleting photos from your phone, you need to discover why they had been duplicated. Have they been duplicated because you now have a camera roll and a photo stream album with the same photos in both.
