The following was taken from a MacCentral Article...

If you can’t find that code, Macworld forum member jdb8167 offers this excellent tip: Go to the Apple online store, click the Account button at the top right of the window, enter your username and password, and click the Downloadable Software Purchases link. You should see your QuickTime purchase there, along with its registration code. If you've never had a copy of QuickTime Pro 7 and would like one, you can buy it from Apple by clicking the Purchase QuickTime Pro button within QuickTime Player 7 or using this link.

I can't find my QuickTime Pro registration code. How do I find it?

Your QuickTime Pro registration code is in the Purchase Order confirmation e-mail sent to you when you purchased QuickTime 7 Pro.

Once you purchase QuickTime 7 Pro, your registration code is always available on your user account page in Apple’s web store. Simply click the link here, and you can retrieve your key. You will need to sign in, so have your Apple ID and password ready.

Please note that the Apple Store now only shows orders for the last 18 months. If you purchased your QuickTime Pro key more than 18 months ago and do not have the original email, you will need to call the Apple Store and ask if there's any way to recover the key now.

    Regards.

If you are referring to a QT 7 Pro registration key, you may or may not be able to access it. The information cited above is out of date for the most part. About a year or so ago, the Apple Webmaster(s) dropped the "Downloadable Software Purchases" page for the users' Store Account page without any notice. This was the page used to link users to software downloads and store registration keys. Luckily, someone found a "back door" to the US Apple Store users' "Download Software Purchases" page but Apple slammed this door also by the end of 2011—once again without any warning to users. Those who saw the handwriting on the wall after the fist loss of access download copies of all software and keys for local backup "just in case." I, for one, am glad I did so.

In any case, the most current "QuickTime Prop Key: Retrieving a lost key" (Article HT2376, Last Modified on June 06, 2012), implies information may be either still available or that a replacement key might possibly be capable of being generated by way of the statement that "You can only retrieve a lost QuickTime Pro key if you purchased it through the web." and that "In most cases, the key will be identical to the key you lost." Unfortunately, accessibility is only supposed to be available through the Apple Store user account's "View Order History" page which limits the order history list to just the last 18 months. Since my last QT 7 Pro Key purchase was over 18 months ago, I have no way to test access other than buying and additional key which I do not need. (Can any recent QT 7 Pro purchasers confirm current access on this page?)
