Cracked Iphone 4 Screen

Hi. My iphone 4 screen cracked today 😟 To be honest, I have dropped it in the past with but with no damage. This evening I left my phone on the couch to get a drink of water, and when I came back my screen has a huge hairline fracture from the home button up to upper right corner. There is also a hairline fracture from the home screen button to the lower left corner. I still have a month left under my one year warranty. Could this repair/replacment be covered? I also don't live near an aple store. The closest one I can think of is a five hour drive away from where I live to another country. (I live in New Brunswick, the apple store is in Maine). How should I go about this?
