Spyder 4 Pro Calibration tool (sensor not found)

I got a message that is was time to recalibrate my monitor, i plug the sensor in my computer.Then the preference dialog showed and i have to select sensor, I Choose Spyder 4. But i got this error message "sorry but now sensor was dectected, Please check that your device is selected in the preference dialog. And this error code Spyder4.ccp 90 97333 (0x17c35) I have tried all USB ports on my mac, i have reinstall the software i even test on my macbook pro but i got the same result. Please help me out here!
