Q: I got my ipad and im trying to go on y it doesnt let me because of cellular please help me
Hey,
I just got my ipad 3 (New one) and it wont let me go in... (FROM THE VERY START WHEN YOU FIRST GO ON(WHEN YOU FIRST BUY IT))
Because of the Wifi & Cellular (I dont have wifi at the moment)
Please help me I couldnt go on my ipad (homepage) for 2 DAYS

Yes, with a New iPad (and an older one once it has been upgraded to iOS 5), as long as you have access to WiFi, you can basically set it up and manage it without ever connecting to a computer.
