msconfig

My problem is trying to connect my itunes to the music store. I followed the instructions for msconfig and have pinpointed my problem to TRUEVECTOR INTERNET MONITOR.

When I uncheck this for startup, I'm able to connect to the music store, but after 8 minutes of connection, my connection comes to a halt.

Any ideas?

Google on it and you will find it is part of Zone Alarm, here is something to stop it

Thanks Katrina. I followed directions on your link, but when I went to uninstall, TrueVector did not show up.

I tried accessing the music store and had the same results of no connection after 8 minutes.
