Japanese keyboard Window switching Shortcut Question

Hi.

I have a MacBook Pro Late 2011 with built in US keyboard.

However I mainly typing using an external fullsize Apple Japanese Keyboard that I perchased from the Japan Apple Store.

One issue I'm having is switching betwen windows in the same program.

On US keyboards, the command is COMMAND + `

However this does not work on the Japanese model, as the ` key is actually on the same key as @, and requires pressing shift, breaking the shortcut.

Does anyone know the Japanese shortcut to change between windows in the same program?

Yes I am aware I can do that, but is there no default Japanese shortcut?

I mean, if you buy the Mac in Japan, there has to be some kinda default shortcut for such a basic function?

(I also prefer having controls set to factory default on everything I use)

You might want to try changing that shortcut to one that does work with your keyboard via system prefs/keyboard/keyboard shortcuts

Have you tried switching your OS language to Japanese (if it is not already that way) to see if a different shortcut is indicated?
