Q: My Mac Mini stopped recognising Iomega external hard drive via USB 2.0 connection. Any suggestion to get way around? Thanks.

I have just seen a video how your Mac Mini can recognise your Iomega external hard drive.

You prise it a part then you will see that the drive is loose,and the tape leading from the circuit board is

disconnected from the circuit board.

You just use the same tape,and tape it from your circuit board to the drive.

Hope this helps.

It won`t work because the tape inside has come loose from the hard drive.
