Why can't I add music to my daughter's ipod touch through iTunes?

I had the same problem. It was because I had maxed out my iPod's capacity. Once I deleted some things off my iPod to free up space I was able to drag my songs onto my iPod without any problem. Good luck. Hope this solves your problem.
